Booking and Arrest Records
The ICSO Records Division is the documented county repository and retrieval point for arrest and booking records. It handles booking-summary and booking-photo requests as well as reports and authorized inquiries. Access can be limited by the requester’s relationship to the event, law, a court order, or active investigative needs.

Use the agency that matches the custody or record stage. City police departments hold their own incident reports. Imperial Superior Court supplies public case information and later disposition. CDCR’s CIRIS locator covers state-prison custody, while the BOP locator and ICE detainee locator cover distinct federal systems.
